General Instructions for Admission

  1. All enquiries and correspondence relating to Admission and Examination should be addressed to:

  2. Candidates willing to cancel or discontinue their admission may receive a partial refund after deduction of the required dues payable to the college.
  3. Preserve all fee receipts until completion of the course and obtaining the Degree Certificate.
  4. Candidates must carefully choose their subjects at the time of admission. Once selected, the choice of subjects will be final and no changes will be allowed later.
  5. Students may be eligible for a bus pass facility in the near future, which is currently under process.
  6. Candidates are advised to preserve their prospectus till the end of the course for reference to rules and regulations.
  7. For all legal matters, jurisdiction is restricted to Dhemaji city only.
  8. No transactions related to admission and fee payment will be entertained after 2:00 PM.
  9. Any change in address should be immediately communicated to the college.
  10. All admitted candidates should maintain contact with the In-charge (Academic) for updates and information.
  11. An amount of Rs. 70.00 must be paid (via Demand Draft or cash) if the admission form is downloaded from the college website:

  12. First and second sessional examinations will be conducted as per the academic calendar.

    Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
    Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
